Where are you located?

Barry is based out of New York; however, if requested and available, will travel to your location.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are available virtually or in-person.

Online sessions are currently held via FaceTime or Google Meet. Participation links will be provided via email upon confirmation of the session.

In-person sessions are held at your specified studio location or may be scheduled at local studio spaces within the NYC, Long Island and Westchester County areas.

What ages or levels do you teach?

Barry works with all ages from 8 years old and up; of all levels from beginners to professionals.

Do you require deposit payments?

A non-refundable deposit is required for in-person Vocal Coaching, Performance Coaching and/or Vocal Audition Prep sessions. Deposits received go toward the total cost of the scheduled Service. Remaining balances are due on the specified date reflected on the issued invoice. Unpaid invoices will void the scheduled appointment.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment installment options are available for package (i.e. 4-pack and/or 8-pack bundle) sessions.

You may choose to make a one time payment of the total package price. You may also choose to make multiple payments by spreading the total package price over a weekly or monthly period of time.

For weekly installments, you will pay the total price within a 6 week time frame.

For monthly installments, you will pay the total price within a 4 month time frame.

Recurring payments require an initial down payment when the purchase is made. All subsequent payments will reflect the same day of the week and/or monthly date of your initial purchase, until paid in full.

What is your cancellation policy?

All scheduled changes and cancellations must be received in writing. Contact us to make changes to a scheduled session.

As a courtesy to Barry, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice be given to reschedule a confirmed appointment. No refunds will be provided for any paid and confirmed appointments; however, prepaid payments will be used toward a rescheduled appointment time.
