Hailing from the vibrant city of Brooklyn, New York; Barry Green has over 25 years experience in the Entertainment industry as a Vocalist, Songwriter, Actor, Dancer, Instructor and Music Director.
Barry received his training as a young Artist in the world renowned Boys Choir of Harlem and is an academic scholar of Choir Academy of Harlem, Boston University Tanglewood Institute and Medgar Evers College. Both a national and international Performer, he has toured all 50 states of America and has traveled to countries and territories including Israel, Japan, Turkey, Vienna, Puerto Rico, Grenada and Panama. He was honored to perform for U.S. Presidents, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush and South African President, Nelson Mandela. He has shared stages with musical greats such as Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Natalie Cole, Wynton Marsalis, Kathleen Battle, Leontyne Price, Wyclef Jean, John Legend, Queen Latifah, Mary J. Blige, Brian McKnight, Backstreet Boys, The Beach Boys, Stephen Hurd, Israel Houghton, Donnie McClurkin, Kurt Masur and Seiji Ozawa.
Over the years, Barry has been privileged with a career that has allowed him to appear in several radio and television show programs. Additionally, he has choreographed, recorded, vocally arranged and composed for several soundtracks, musical projects, stage productions, artists and organizations. He currently curates creative workshops and performs with The Boys and Girls Choir of Harlem Alumni Ensemble.
